SHIPPING POLICY

All WHIPPED cookies are freshly baked to order in Mount Gambier, South Australia. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch or pickup.

SHIPPING
Australia-wide shipping is available on selected products. Orders are generally shipped Mondays to Wednesdays to avoid parcels sitting in transit over weekends and to ensure products arrive as fresh as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, WHIPPED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout or parcels left unattended after delivery.

While every order is packaged carefully, slight movement or cosmetic imperfections during transit may occur.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
Local pickup and delivery options are available at checkout. Customers will be able to select their preferred day during ordering.
